Volunteer at Teen Health

Teen Health has many volunteer opportunities to support underserved and disadvantaged teens, including:

  • Food distribution projects: sorting and kitting products
  • Participate in Health Awareness Events in Los Angeles
  • Volunteer on Catchafire or Taproot Foundation

We encourage individuals and groups age 18 and older to volunteer.

At Teen Health, we believe volunteers are vital to fulfilling our mission of supporting teens in need. That’s why we’re committed to connecting each volunteer with meaningful opportunities that make a real difference.

We offer a variety of ways to get involved. Our food donation initiatives rely on volunteers to help sort and distribute food, coordinate snack and gift bag campaigns, and support fundraising efforts. Your time and effort directly benefit teens and families facing food insecurity.

In addition, we welcome volunteers with specialized skills to support our internal operations and outreach. Whether your expertise is in financial planning, software management, web design, video editing, storytelling, or digital marketing, we’ll work with you to find a role that aligns with your talents and helps advance our vision: a world where all youth and young adults, regardless of circumstance, have access to health and wellness.

If you have unique skills or interests you’d like to bring to our cause, we’d love to hear from you. We believe every volunteer brings something valuable—and together, we can create lasting impact.
